I would highly recommend Ponce for any of your instrument needs. Whether you’re a first time instrument buyer, casual player or a professional. Ponce will take care of you! All of the people who work there are very knowledgeable and take care of your every need and concern with care and compassion. For anyone looking to purchase an Ibanez instrument, take the time inspect it- Ibanez customer care is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Luckily I bought this guitar from Ponce in store and not online from Ibanez themselves as I experienced an issue with in the same month I purchased the guitar and they (Ibanez customer service) were not willing to help me and blamed me for not inspecting the instrument before leaving the store (even though I purposely asked for and bought the guitar that was not on display, brand new, still in the box). 5 star rating for Ponce! Shop local, it’s worth it. As far as the guitar and it’s quality, I really do like it. It’s sound is beautiful and it feels great in the hands and is easy to handle. Tone is perfect and it’s beautiful to look at! Time will tell of its quality and longevity, but that is not reflection of Ponce, themselves. I have nothing bad to say about Ponce but be aware of Ibanez and their customer service/process when dealing with concerns or product issues.
